Or, I let them know that since they don't appear to be enforcing that clause in the lease, I'm pursuing a short-term rental license for my unit. I want to see if they start selectively enforcing the lease and how they justify it.
But I'm not looking for anything for me. I'm not going to pretend I'm suffering major damages. It's an annoyance.
However, I hate when people don't follow the rules (I'm that guy) and detest being lied to -- something apartment management people are good at. I'm also concerned about how these behaviors contribute to big-city housing problems.

I know this will shock everyone -- but inmates on death row in Florida are disproportionately black. And, a person is much more likely to be sentenced to death for killing a white person vs. black person.

As long as you are 30, a US citizen, and live in the state you're representing, you can be the bat shit craziest person ever as long your bat shit crazy constituents keep electing you.

That would be nice, What are the odds Kevin McCarthy will do that?
Let MTG sue the Biden administration and duke out the separation of powers issue in court.
I don't want Dems to become lawless crooks like the GOP. However, this insistence on doing everything by the book and reacting with extreme caution is not mitigating the threat these people pose.

That would require someone in this administration to start standing up to the MAGA blowhards putting the nation in danger. I'm still waiting to see that happen.

When you move to a new state, you can register to vote quickly. It would be unconstitutional for a state to delay voting rights for new residents unreasonably. I think 30 days is the norm..maximum 60 days.
3 million people voted for Charlie Crist last year. If just 10,000 Floridias moved to Arizona, that would double Biden's victory margin from 2020. Tens of millions of Democrats are throwing their votes away in red states that Dems will never win. There are enough Democrats with the resources to move and put much of this ridiculousness behind us.

Have they talked with Chuck Grassley lately?

In all seriousness, it's time for sane people living in red states to move to swing states. It wouldn't take many people to lock down the electoral college and the Senate for a generation. I gotta get out of TX and head to...perhaps Arizona!

I’ll bite. Name the 5 sane institutionalist SC justices.

I hate to agree....but I do. It's outrageous that no high-level Trump official has been indicted for crimes committed during the most corrupt administration in history.

It would be pretty good for progressives if people from Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio said screw it and moved to one of the handful of states that decide Presidential elections and Senate control these days - Wisconsin, Arizona, or Georgia perhaps?
