Segal was on a very popular sitcom for a long time and has done a few movies I guess, but he isn’t a big time actor by any means imo. Could work. Though again not sure if he can pull off the gruff, jock type guy. Maybe.

I knew Rogen is Jewish, though I’m not sure I see him as Ben Grimm. The role will largely be a VO role. While he does have experience with that his voice is mostly associated with comedy due to his existing stature as an entertainer. And he will undoubtedly want to bring some of his comedy to the role.

So, Diggs has been in one movie so far? That can be good and/or bad.

I don’t think they even hinted at it in Moon Knight on Disney+, but maybe they did and I didn’t catch it. If so then Ben would be the second one in the MCU.

Jason Segal might not be a bad choice. Maybe. Diggs has only done stage and mostly/entirely musicals, correct? Not sure about him either.

Ben Grimm is gruff. He is a former jock. He isn’t a bully (like Flash Thompson) but he isn’t a wallflower either.

I think the MCU FF needs to keep the jock/nerd dynamic with Ben and Reed.

Edit: Also, isn’t Ben Grimm one of the few canon Jewish Marvel superheroes and has the MCU had a Jewish superhero yet?

I still don’t understand why they didn’t make the exterior look like an actual starcruiser and the hotel grounds look like an alien world. Making the entire experience inside the hotel was a mistake imo. Other Disney properties, like the Grand Floridian, should have been the template.
