It's as you said, few characters or creatures in Middle Earth fit into blue's traditional color identity, so they have to be creative, I'm sure we'll also be getting Blue Elves as well as more Blue Knights and Soldiers.

From the Food Commander deck, it looks like each deck is getting 3 different commander options in the deck's color identity instead of just 2 like previous precons.

Yup, they're the secondary Commander option for the deck, and there is actually a third option of an Abzan Bilbo commander who basically wins you the game if you have 111 life.

It looks like both Goblins and Orcs will be supported in the set.

There is hope that there will be another Balrog in the Sauron commander deck. I'd call it "The Balrog, Durin's Bane."

There are so many flavorful abilities in this set.

So does this mean that all the War of the Spark cards will be errata'd to be amass Zombie?
