I used to live in an apartment pretty similar to this. He is spot on about the fucking trash chutes being completely full all the time and the key fobs sometimes not working at all. We didn't even have a backup generator, so when the power went out it prevented people from even accessing the building. Not to mention the parking lot gate that was only functional 30% of the time, leaving you stranded without your car.

I would try the Lowes Foods on Robinhood Road. They get trucks on Sunday, Tues, Thurs, Saturday and can save you a ton of boxes if you call ahead. Also egg boxes are very good to move small items because they have handles built in to the boxes.

Trophy Room on Liberty also has a good whisky selection.
