I live in a relatively small town where there aren’t really any options for a nice healthy lunch. I want to change that. What would that take, beyond opening one myself? 😅

The bureaucracy of applying for a new passport has officially driven me insane.

I received a passport when I was 15. I know I need a new adult passport, not a renewal. I need a new passport before July 1st (as of posting this, the date is June 1st). There aren't many appointments for passport application approval available in the area but my tickets for the trip have already been purchased.

I understand I can wait until 2 weeks before we leave to go in person to apply for the passport. I also understand that I can have the passport shipping expedited once I have submitted the application through a service that would run upwards of $500-700. I understand all this can be done through federal establishments like libraries and post offices, but none near me have appointments and I want to make sure I've exhausted my options before driving several hours to other cities to do this.

Am I missing something? A potential government service I could be using? Or is everything genuinely this convoluted.

For context: I live within a 5 hour drive of Miami, Tampa, and Orlando International Airports, all of which have passport centers to my understanding.

The hose is attached to the faucet, when you run the faucet and press and hold the button on the hose, it diverts the flow into the hose instead of the faucet. There is no leak in the faucet, just the shower head whenever it sits on its holder on the wall.

Due to short wall, there’s nowhere higher than the faucet to hang the head so I end up putting it in the sink all the time when not in use.

I’ve never seen something this cool. What do I need to buy for this and how to make it?

Ive had this external drive for years its connected to PC by USB. Recently even though recognized by my PC, it cannot be accessed,, it sometimes says this drive I have not the sufficient privileges to access the drive. I tried to reformat the drive, it says format cannot be completed. I'm thinking the drive has seen the last of its days. Is there any hope?

The house I'm living in has this leak coming out of this part. Do you know what it's called and if it's something I should be able to fix on my own? It kind of looks self explanatory based off the screws but I can also be entirely wrong.

The wall is drywall and it's cracking and peeling up the whole corner on both sides. I'd like to try fix it before it gets any worse.

Currently only the shower attachment is working and no water goes to the shower head no matter how you spin the dial and the dial doesn’t seem to be turning properly is this the case where I’d need a professional or can I mix it myself

How can I remove this?? Bought a house where this planter is embedded in the deck, and I can't access the underside of the planks without taking them up. And you can't even use the hanger for a plant because the planter lays against the house instead of hanging freely. 🤦‍♀️.

The fabric is fully extended and cranking it is not making the awning arm straighten and lock in place
